SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

option 1

ONE ON ONE MEETING AREA SPONSOR

Provides Suppliers (up to four One-on-One Meeting Sponsors – depending on space) with premium exposure each day at the Event to the Hotel Executives and all participants of the Event. This sponsorship includes co-sponsorship of beverages and snacks within the One-on-One area, marketing exposure prior to and throughout the Event with your logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website. Your logo will also be imprinted on cups and napkins used at the food and beverage stations in the One-on-One area, designating your company as one of the sponsors. Your One-on-One location will receive additional exposure with the use of distinctive color on your location sign to set your area apart from other Supplier Companies. Also includes a small display area (5’W X 5’L X 8’H maximum) in the One-on-One area for small product/display. Includes one (1) additional badge.

WELCOME RECEPTION

(maximum 4 Co-Sponsors)

Host THE party that will kick off the Event. Greet and welcome all of the Hotel Executives and Suppliers as they enter the reception! Exclusive Sponsor will work with the Connecting Point team to incorporate your message into the “theme” of the evening. And for the Exclusive Sponsor, this includes a pre-Event email to the Hotel Executives and Suppliers inviting them to the Welcome Reception that you are sponsoring. All sponsors will receive logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website, as well as your logo imprinted on cups and napkins. Includes one (1) additional badge for Co-Sponsorship or two (2) additional badges for Exclusive Sponsorship.

MONDAY NIGHT DINNER PARTY

Party venue/theme is open to discussion. Exclusive Sponsorship includes a pre-event email to the Hotel Executives and Suppliers inviting them to the party that you are sponsoring. All sponsors receive logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website. Our goal is to host a memorable, fun, interactive, and delectable evening. Your team is welcome to greet all attendees at the entrance as they arrive. Includes one (1) additional badge for Co-Sponsorship or two (2) additional badges for Exclusive Sponsorship.


option 4

CLOSING COCKTAIL RECEPTION

The final evening is the culmination of the Event. This sponsorship includes a premium bar for thirty (30) minutes prior to the commencement of the Closing Dinner. Promotional visibility includes logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website as well as your logo imprinted cups and napkins at the Cocktail Reception. Your team is welcome to greet all attendees at the entrance as they arrive. Includes one (1) additional badge.

CLOSING DINNER AND ENTERTAINMENT

Host the pinnacle evening at the Event! The Closing Dinner is the culminating celebration. As the evening’s host, your company will be “center stage” before, during, and after the Dinner as the evening’s Entertainment takes the stage. An Executive from your team will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and thank the guests. Dinner will include a gourmet sit-down dinner with all of the amenities set in an elegant atmosphere. A printed place card describing the evening’s events and menu will prominently display your company logo/message. A gobo/projected image depicting your company’s logo will be displayed. An email invitation will be sent to all participants pre-Event heralding your sponsorship with details of the meal and Entertainment. Connecting Point will be responsible for selection of the entertainment. Includes three (3) additional badges.


option 6

EVENT GROUND TRANSPORTATION

You will have the exclusive opportunity to greet the Hotel Executives at the airport and host the ground transportation for all participants round-trip to the Event. You may distribute promotional handouts in the vehicles. In addition, your logo will be included in pre-event materials, on the Event website, and on signage greeting the participants at the airport and hotel. Your logo will be the first and last visual impression of the Event. Includes one (1) additional badge.


option 7

GROUP LUNCHES

Provide lunch to all participants on Monday or Tuesday (each day sold separately). Your logo will be included on all pre-event materials, on the Event website, and on signage at the lunch. Includes one (1) additional badge for Co-Sponsorship


option 8

OPENING KEYNOTE

Host the opening Keynote. Your executives may greet all attendees and if fully sponsoring the Keynote, your Host the opening Keynote. Your company may greet all attendees as they enter the Keynote, and if you are the exclusive sponsor, an Executive from your team will have the opportunity to appear on stage to introduce the Keynote. You may also provide handouts/printed material to be distributed at the Keynote highlighting your product offerings. A gobo/projected image of your Company’s logo will be displayed. Includes one (1) additional badge for Co-Sponsorship or for Exclusive Sponsorship.

DAILY KEYNOTE

A content-rich Keynote with industry insights into current trends of today and the future of the market. If you are the exclusive sponsor, an Executive from your team can introduce the speaker. For both levels of sponsorship, logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website is included. You may also provide handouts/printed material to be distributed at the Daily Keynote/Panel Session highlighting your product offerings. A gobo/projected image depicting your company’s logo will be displayed. Includes one (1) additional badge for Co-Sponsorship or for Exclusive Sponsorship.


option 10

EVENT BADGE POUCHES

Your logo will be front and center throughout the Event on the official Event badge pouches (one color logo and badge pouch will be recommended and must be approved by Connecting Point). Includes one (1) additional badge.

HOTEL EXECUTIVE SHIPPING BOXES

Provide each Hotel Executive with one (1) shipping box to bring materials received during the Event back to their office. Your logo will be displayed on the exterior of the box, which will continue to provide your company exposure to the Hotel Executives after they have returned home. You may enclose a cut sheet and/or thumb drive from your Company, ensuring your message from the Event gets safely back to the office. Signage displaying your logo will be placed at the Hotel Executive Box Shipping area on Tuesday. Includes one (1) additional badge.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

Host the Event’s annual Shotgun Golf Tournament. Logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website is included. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to four (4) individuals from your company. Continental breakfast, buffet lunch, a beverage cart, as well as balls, a cap, and a towel featuring your Company logo are also included. Includes two (2) additional badges. Co-sponsorships may be available a la carte, which may affect pricing and details of Exclusive Sponsorship.

Balls, Caps, and Towels
Have your logo printed on the Tournament balls, caps, and towels that are given to each golfer at check-in. Your exposure will continue after the Event, as the items continue to be used by Hotel Executives.

Beverage Cart
Sponsor the beverage cart at the Event that provides refreshments to the foursomes on the course. (Potentially two sponsorships available for purchase depending on tournament size.)

Lunch
Host box lunches after the tournament on-site at the course. Your logo will be included on all pre-event materials, on the Event website, and on signage at the lunch.

Continental Breakfast
Host breakfast for all golfers as they arrive at the course and begin warming up. Your logo will be featured on signage at the breakfast area.

STYLUS/PENS

Your name or logo will be displayed on a stylus/pen combination writing device provided to every attendee of the Event. Provide a long-lasting and practical tool throughout the Event and the days that follow. Includes one (1) additional badge.

KEYCARDS

Your message or logo will be featured on the Event attendee’s room key – an effective way to maximize your brand or message at the Event. Includes one (1) additional badge.

CLOSING DINNER WINE

If the Closing Dinner is not sponsored, your Company may have an opportunity to be recognized as the table wine sponsor with signage on each dinner table. Your logo will be featured on the table signage at the dinner. Includes one (1) additional badge.

TOTE BAGS

Your logo will be seen throughout the Event on tote bags given out at Registration to all attendees. As the Sponsor, you may provide an item to be placed in the bag as well. Includes logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website. Includes one (1) additional badge.

HOTEL EXECUTIVE RECEPTION BEVERAGES

Provide beer and wine for the Hotel Executives at Sunday’s Hotel Executive Reception/Orientation. Logo recognition on Event signage included. Sponsorship does not include access to the Reception. Includes one (1) additional badge.

SWEET DREAMS

Provide a good night wish to the Hotel Executives in their guest rooms. Work with Connecting Point on the message and gift for one night as part of the Resort’s turn down service. Includes one (1) additional badge.

SUNDAY MORNING OPTIONAL TOURING ACTIVITY

Host an off-site, optional activity on Sunday morning before the Event officially begins. Includes logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website. Sponsorship also includes participation in the activity for up to three (3) individuals with badges from your Company. Includes one (1) additional badge.

H2O REFRESHMENT

Provide two (2) bottles of water featuring your Company’s logo to each Hotel Executive delivered to their guest room Monday and Tuesday evenings. Includes one (1) additional badge.

VIEWPOINT CAFÉ (if agenda allows)

Host an inviting, casual networking opportunity, mid-afternoon on Monday or Tuesday, (schedule dependent), where baristas will serve up specialty coffees and teas. Includes logo recognition on Event signage and the Event website, and displayed on the cups and napkins. Includes one (1) additional badge.


ADVERTISEMENT OPTION

EVENT DIRECTORY TAB AD

Highlight your Company’s presence at the Event with a four-color ad on one of the tabbed sections of the Event Directory. You will be one of seven (7) advertisers in the Event Directory. Submit your print-ready art for production. The Event Directory is utilized by attendees at the Event and is referenced throughout the year as well. Includes one (1) additional badge.
