#10: Onsite Event Details

We are excited that you will be joining us this weekend for StorePoint Retail, in Nashville! We care a great deal about
your success, so please let John or Stacie know if you have any questions. Our team flies to Nashville this Friday, and are looking forward to seeing you this weekend!

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Arrivals: Saturday, Feb. 10th 11:00am – 4:00pm every ½ hour on the top and bottom of the hour from the Nashville International Airport.
Arrivals: Sunday, Feb. 11th 11:00am – 7:00pm every ½ hour on the top and bottom of the hour from the Nashville International Airport.

Instructions upon Landing at the Nashville International Airport:
Upon arriving at the Airport:

  • Proceed to the baggage claim and locate the greeter with StorePoint Retail signage.
  • You will be directed to the charter bus zone where the shuttle will be departing every 30 minutes, on the top and
    bottom of each hour.
  • Should you have any trouble locating a greeter, our Transportation Manager, David Minner, can be reached at (321) 231-6096.

Arriving Late Sunday?

  • If you are arriving to the Hotel on Sunday after 7pm, your Event materials can be retrieved at the Information Desk Monday at 7:30am in the 5th Avenue Pre-Function.
  • If you plan to attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, and are arriving after 7pm, please email Stacie, as badges are required to attend.

BADGE AND MATERIAL PICK UP

  • Saturday 3pm-6pm: 5th Avenue Pre-Function
  • Sunday 2pm-7pm: 5th Avenue Pre-Function
  • Each participant must pick up their own Event materials.
  • If you are participating in the optional Sunday activities, please pick up your Event materials Saturday.

BADGES – REQUIRED

  • Badges are required at all Event functions.
  • There will be security onsite. If you do not have your badge, you will be turned away from all Event activities, including meals and social functions. This includes meals and social functions.
  • Wearing your badge helps protect your investment and keeps the Event exclusive.
  • Badge swapping is strictly prohibited.

SUPPLIER RECEPTION

  • Sunday, February 11th: Join your peers for an Event update!
  • TBD will join us to share his/her insight into StorePoint Retail 2018.
  • A demo Boardroom will be setup nearby. Stop by to test your laptop with a boardroom projector.
    • AV staff will be available to answer any questions.

ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS:

  • Saturday, February 10th at 12PM (CT), you can begin requesting additional One-on-One meetings.
  • Your Company is allowed a maximum of 5 pending requests at any given time.
    • Once a request is answered, you will be able to send an additional request.
  • Your team should decide who is managing your schedule, making, and responding to requests.
    • More than one person from your team can be logged into your schedule at the same time.
    • Having a point person will avoid duplicate requests/confusion.
  • If you do not want to double book appointments, go to the “SETTINGS” tab within the Portal/scheduling tool to update your preferences.

BUSINESS CARDS – BRING PLENTY!

  • As a reminder, we do not share the Chain Executives’ email addresses.
  • Please bring plenty of business cards with you to exchange with the Executives.

DRESS CODE/EVENING ACTIVITIES:

  • Daytime: Business Casual
  • Sunday Night: TBD – Casual attire – jeans are acceptable.
  • Monday night: TBD – Casual attire- jeans are acceptable – partially outdoors.
  • Tuesday night: Closing Cocktail Reception and Dinner followed by TBD – Casual attire- jeans are acceptable.
